I am pursuing my B.Com (Honors) right now. Should I go for MBA right after graduation or after 2-3 years of work experience?

Having an experience is always beneficial. Also, you can go for MBA after graduation. If you are pursuing accountancy honors, then MBA in finance is the best career option for you. I will suggest you to go for MBA programme rather than work experience. Once you go for a job, it is very difficult to

Don't worry about it and concentrate on your studies and start preparation for exam like CAT, MAT, SNAP, etc. If you get admission in top Indian B-Schools (IIM, SIBM, Pune, IBS, etc.), they will provide you job with good salary package approx. 10-25 LPA.

Whenever you want, you can apply for it. If you want to apply after your graduation, you can apply. On other hand, it is good to have work experience.
