I am pursuing my B.Sc. Computer Science at present. I am selected for tcs and wipro. I want to know whether MCA is best or M.Tech offered.

Going for job is my suggestion. Instead of an additional degree, you can accept the job offer and you can do your Masters in distance education. If you have any specific idea in research, yes you may choose M.Tech.
