I am pursuing my b-tech in ece.. i want to do masters in cryptography in US or any other country. Which institutions are suitable?

are network security and cryptography one and the same? if no plzz enlighten me. to do masters in network security or crytography do i need to do a few computer language courses? if so plzzz specify.. thank you
