I am pursuing my b.tech which will be completed in 2014. so,shall i apply for sept. or januaury,2015. as i have to take both gre and toef

I have no work experience. my agreegate in degree till now is 73% and in matric it is 88% in 12th 78%. i am pursuing my b.tech from gne , ludhiana in cse dept.
