I am pursuing my Engineering in Civil and I am in third year right now. Is it the right time for me to start preparing for UPSC exam?

Please guide me all the details including the amount of hard work i have to put in, skills i should be kowing beforehand, Also let me know the best centres in Mumbai area.

YES its a very good time to prepare for ! there are many UPSC exams like CDS etc . so concentrate on your studies and be focus for your aim . you will surely get success . best of luck
