for take admission in PHD from abroad you will have to make your own research proposal and send it to some profesors of university in abroad , you can search such type of university from NET , and list of professors according to taeir specilisization , after that if they like your proposal then they will call you for further application process , you also need to give english proficency test for take admisison in abroad , on the basis of reaserch proposal you can also get scholarship by any organization or your project can be funded by any organization.
