i am pursuing PGDM in Industrial relation and Personnel Management and interested in higher education, can u suggest me some courses?

i scored 65% in ICSC and 64% in ISC. then i completed my B.Sc in hotel management with 54% marks, now i am pursuing PGDM in Industrial relation and Personnel Management, i want to work to gain experience bt also interested in higher education, can u suggest me some courses?
