I am pursuinng B.com IInd years. I want to be teacher or lecturar only, please suggest me what to do after B.com?

After doing B.com i shall join M.com, during M.com Ist year I shall try for bank job as Clerk or PO. In the IInd year I shall try for UGC exam.
