I would suggest you to do Salesforce diploma and then apply for jobs. Your earlier experience will not work but once u do diploma atleast u will have surety thatyou will get work in salesforce domain only.

Actually it depends upon the industry requirement. Those who want to switch off their section, they are treated as a fresher.
