I am really confused between, Executive MBA, Distance MBA and Management Certification. Please help.
I completed my B.com Honours mid 2010, I started working mid 2008 so I have 3 years of work experience now, I am working as a Senior Recruitment Officer - HR Dept, I want to do my MBA followed by a PG Certification from XLRI, Please advice what's better? Executive MBA or Distance MBA and from where?

I would say both EMBA and Correspondence MBA is for those working professionals who have good amount of work experience say around 5-8 years and are looking for a designation jump with in their current organization or current industry. As mentioned by Mr. Mahesh the best option would b

Usually a regular course from a good institute is considered to have more value in the job market than a distance MBA. Syllabus and course structure wise both the courses are almost same. The difference between these two is interaction with others. But if someone is working and having minimum of 3-4
