Ofcourse you can go at any place for studies, the place you belong to hardly matters.

Engineering colleges and I P University, Delhi has reservation of 85% for students studying in Delhi schools. Since I study in Noida, UP school I am not eligible under this reservation though I am a resident of Delhi. In that case can I get under reservation quota inUP. What is the rule in UP colleg
