i am right now doin 12th. is C.A a good course ? should i do it ? is it necessary to do ICWA for it ?

Yes CA is very good option,
if you are passionate in accounts and wish to explore your career further as a chartered accountant. In India, the profession of chartered accountancy is regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, ICAI is the only licensing cum regulating

Dear Pooja,
C.A is a good option for career. But let me put it this way, while doing your B.com you should realize few things. Are you good with Statistic, accounts, math, and a bit of Logic ( Brain-wise ).
If you notice you are good at all of this, you might become a very good C.A.
