Yes ,you can defiantly apply for your MBA in Singapore also,for that you should contact your nearest college

Dear Asit,
YES, you can do a distance MBA from anywhere you wish,
Only problem is with examination centre,
If SMU provides centre at Singapore you can give your exam at Singapore else you need to come India and have to give exam at your selected centre.

there is need to attend some classes for part time MBA , but you have to contact to SMU If they can help you at this matter
