Dhruv, I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming. If you are, then you must pick up a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software dev) Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games). However like i mentioned, you must be good with programming to move ahead in this area since you have to compete with MCAs and BTech(CS) applicants. So choose your internship/ industrial training very carefully. Do not just go for the cheapest to save money. Dhruv do understand where you stand since most of the good companies hire only BTech or MCA. However, if you're creative, you can always consider going for Design and Animation. A good mentor and wise selection of courses with a good school, followed by diligent learning, would get you a head start in your career. However, you must check your suitability for this field. Eligibility:
To be eligible for BCA, you should have passed 10+2 from any stream with English as passing Subject with minimum 45% marks in aggregate.
Career prospects after completing BCA:
After the successful completion of the program, a student should be able to get entry level job in the field of Information Technology or ITES.
BCA graduates can also start their career as programmers and rise to that of senior programmers.
Software Development & Design in companies like Microsoft, Oracle, Wipro, Infosys etc.
System Administrator in big corporate companies like Citibank, HLL, P & G etc.
