I am saroja want to do integrated phd in abroad completed bachelors in engineering electrical and electronics background

I have completed recently in may 2014 bachelors in engineering(electrical and electronics engineering). I want to do integrated phd in abroad please provide me all the eligibility criteria as well as deadline period for most of the universities in different countries.
