I would suggest you to go for MBA.
If you want to keep working and simultaneously pursue the degree, go for either part-time MBA or distance learning. Best institutes for part-time are FMS, NMIMS, MDI, IIFT etc. For distance learning, NMIMS, IMT-CDL, SCDL and SMUDE are the best.
