The basic thing is you need to polish your communication skills and if the institution from where you pursue your degree is a good one, you will surely be well polished. I know of LPU which is ranked as the number 2 B-School and has been awarded for the National Employ-ability 220 award for the best placements. MNCs recruit its students for the top notch positions which are the envy of many.
