Hello, It is very hard to get any government college. Yess you can try for private colleges but it is tough to find a good private college for you. It depends on your category also. But you can definitely apply for private colleges. But it will be difficult to get a good college based on your marks. But board marks also matter in terms of admission in private colleges.

Your marks is not good but you can apply for private college since some private colleges take admission on the basis of marks and also they condut their own entrance exam.
