There are three categories of B.Tech colleges in India. First is IITs. There are 17 IITs and for admission, a candidate has to appear in JEE-IIT entrance exam after 12th and which is already over for this year.

Already your score is low,it is difficult to get seat in top engineering college which has good placement record.You can try in management quota.Which state you want to study?
