    Dear seema,
    Through both the stream you start ur education foundation to achieve your target but you should focus on iq level , gk and logical reasoning aptitude and you can think of these field for IAS
    chemistry , physics or mats hons
    ballb
    political science
    history
    public administration
    economic hons
    psychology
    Now choose the field according to your caliber and interest.

    You should go with B.Sc because you will learn about computers which is very important for future and you will get enough time to prepare for IAS.

    Go for B.A which will open up other doors for u in future .if u want to do IAS do BA from gud institute nd then work hard mainly for IAS focus only at dat u willcrack it > all the best
