As you said Manish you are in defense(Working), then you go for distance education mode. There are several good institution which provides PG in management in Distance mode, Viz IGNOU, IIM KOLKATA, IMT GHAZIZBAD, NMIMS,etc. This will lighten your profile, go for management in Operations.
