Hello sir, I want to tell you if you want to pursue M.Tech through sponsorship programme first try to know which universities are running sponsorship programme. I think there are some University like bits pilani, sastra University these are some college which also give some quota to army officers.

First of all you should check how many universities provide sponsorship programme. You should visit their official websites and from their you can SEE all the necessary or required information. According to me you need to give the test for qualifying it.
