I am serving in BSF(MHA) as clerk and will complete my MBA through DE in 2012. now which course would better for me as I am leaving BSF.

I intend to quit BSF service in Feb 2014 with all pensionary benefits with hope to get some good job in private sector in Dehradun/Delhi. Still I have 2 years with me in BSF as such I would like to know which short term professional course will help me in managment (HR) line.

Hi Dharmendra, As you have already done your MBA and have good amount of work experience as well, so I don't see the requirement of any other degree, but in case you want to enhance your knowledge you can go for courses related to Labour laws & personnel Management etc. TISS (Tata Institute of Soci
