Hello Swapnil Gawande, I can understand your angst and anxiety. Armed forces personal war engaged in flying or servicing military aircraft are governed by a different set of rules. CEMILAC is the organization that authorizes aircraft to fly and also personnel to carry out maintenance of the aircraft
