    Hello Swapnil Gawande, I can understand your angst and anxiety. Armed forces personal war engaged in flying or servicing military aircraft are governed by a different set of rules. CEMILAC is the organization that authorizes aircraft to fly and also personnel to carry out maintenance of the aircraft while on the civil side it is the DGCA that does this job. When armed forces are personal or shifting from military to Civil flying they need to obtain a DGCA license. DGCA offers many concessions because of the personnel already working on aircraft.
