i am serving in indian navy since 1987 . when i join navy i was xth pass now i want to complete my graduation through correspondence please advice me from where i can complete my graduation ,thanks.

If you are looking for distance education, and you are government servent, so i suggest you go with IGNOU.
This option is good for you.
ANd their certificate is valid everywhere...
