    Hi,
I can suggest you for Executive MBA which is meant for working professionals. After pursuing the program, you'll gain a sophisticated level of knowledge and skills on diverse aspects of management, which includes strategic thinking and planning in a global competitive environment.
E-MBA will definitely help you to obtain a challenging profession which would provide you with adequate career growth and good compensations packages.
    Feel free to write back.

Dear Laxman, being an ex-IAF officer, I would advice you to continue in your service till you attain age of superannuation regardless whether you get your promotion or not. Secondly, try to get enrolled in IFT Delhi MBA program which is designed for International business. It is a govt of India, deemed university and has ranking equivalent of top-25. You can pursue its program through distance mode or weekend classes. There is no entrance test but you will have to write an essay and participate in GD before the final selection.
