I am shocked as I did not get a rank with 41 marks in TSLAWCET?

    Yes, because the qualifying marks for general category candidates in TSLAWCET is 42. You got 41, so you did not qualify for the exam, hence, there was no rank given (SC/ST have no qualifying marks).
