I am so confused about my higher studies. I am an IAS aspirant. Thus my question is that which course should I take for my UG degree?

I am a middle class girl. Thus I want to pursue a course which could also serve as my plan B other than civil exam.

For UPSC all you need is graduation. So there is no need to be specific. If you are a serious aspirant then do Bachelor's in 3 year programme.

It is depend on you. Anyone can guide, show you the path but you have to choose according to you ( what you think is right as career perspective). In my opinion as I have seen that many IAS aspirants who are dedicated follow their passion they will be successful no matter which stream you have. Now coming to your question, you can pursue graduation in political Science, history, economics and many more but have back up plan as well.
