I am Srilankan working in Qatar. Is it possible for me to study a degree in ECE via distance learning in India?

I have done a Diploma in computer aided designing and building construction technology, Diploma in advanced networking, MCTC 70-680, CCNA 200-120, 3 years of experience in Srilanka & 1 year in Qatar. Am I eligible for it? If yes, kindly suggest an institute.

It is possible to apply to any government recognized distance learning college in India by appearing for their entrance exam. For engineering there are various entrance exams, so it won't be any problem to do that from India.
