I am SSE(IT) with 5.4 yrs exp. & 4.7 Lpa. I am not satisfied with the salary.How can i make my career grow with good package.please advice?

I want to see myself as a team lead in coming time. Should i go for any MBA degree ?Please provide the list of institute providing MBA for working professional.How can i trigger growth in my career so that i can get good package?
