Want to apply for affilaition from indian university for courses imparted in nepal.
Can you please let me know the best universities who can be approcahed for the same.Also if you can guide me on the process on how this is done?

One of the options that you have is to take up a Franchise of reputed management institutes which provide distance education. You may contact institutes like Symbiosis, Sikkim-Manipal University for a franchise.
