You Not Able to do B.Tech in IT However You Can do BCA And Further MCA to Make Career in IT as MCA is Equivalent to B.Tech But For Doing BCA you Must Have Maths at 10+2 Level......

isn't possible to do IT having 12thcommerce since if u had taken science field its possible there is no possibility sorry
