I am student of BBA. I want to know about the M.SC in Engineering Management course, i am applying for this course, am I doing d right thing

My background is commerce and I'm applying in Italian Universities for my masters'.i am little bit confused about the eligibility as I don't have engineering background.am i eligible for applying for this course or I should apply for MBA? what is M.Sc. in Management Engineering's scope in India?
