I am student of class 10 in Telangana and i want to be a doctor in AIMS in Hyderabad. how can you help me achieving my target?

I am a student of 11 class in telangana i have passed 10th with 85% and i want to get into AIMS after my 12th. being student from SC cateogery what do i do to get into AIMS with high percentage?
