You have three options i.e. Job, Higher Education in Civil or Management. Choice between MBA / MTech or job is the most common dilemma facing B Tech graduates. If you intend doing MTech and specialize in one of the civil engineering subject , it will better to continue with education and do M Tech.

There are many but I may not able to recommend any to avoid conflict of interest issues.You may do your research.
