I am student of LL.B 5th semester and M.Com (private). Will both the degree be valid?

Yes, as long as you can manage both, they will be valid. Your graduation was in B.Com?

But on 15th Jan -2016 UGC said that both the degree courses will not be valid, either correspondence/ open/private/ distance but in 2012 Furkan Qmar committee accepted the idea.
I am totally confused and there is fear in my mind.
