I am study in B.Com but I have been given sem 1 exam and pay sem 2 fees but not give sem2 exam and after 1 year can I give direct sem2 exam.

    Hi,
    According to the laws of the university the exams for 2nd semester will be given in 4th semester.
    So, try not to leave any exam.
