I am study my undergraduation degree and I want to do my Masters from foreign university. So what can I do.

It's good to study in foreign as it give more exposure and new perspective towards the field or study. Look for exams the Foreign universities are conducting. Normal exams that are international is GRE TOEFL, etc. Are the exams that annually is conducted. Go for that exam which is conducted by that
