I am studying 12th class now in pcm stream. Is it possible to do B tech in India and take up distance education in foreign universities?

dear aspirant,
no doubt you can for it. but it seems a bit weird to me. since you are in +2 you may start preparing for IIT-JEE and crack it to get placed in finest institute in the country. you will highly benefit from it. it can help you enhance your work profile too.
make your choices carefully.

yes sure.distance from IGNOU bt no value for distance so do full time.

As per rules you are eligible to do one regular and one distance degree in same time duration. So go ahead
