As to gain more knowledge and get placed in top core companies or else to start-up own company, please help me with the best courses.

There may be a Continuing Education Cell in your Campus, get in touch with them. You may also opt for short courses in VLSI, Embedded Design, MicroControllers, Robotics, PCB Designing and so on.
