Hello No , it is not necessary to have work experience to get admission in top B. school. But some IIM gives weightage to work experience in final merit list like IIM Bangalore. No. But work experience acts as an extra advantage. Nothing else. The percentage of freshers in bschools are higher than experienced students. all the best. Thank you.

No it not essential to have work experience go get in top MBA colleges. Various colleges give different weightage to your past academic record GDPI etc.
