if your college gives you permission form migration u can do it but u must have some good reason for migration to naother college!!!!!!!!! all the best!!

Hi Hari. It is not possible for you to change your college. The reason you have scholarship. The fees and other concession can be offered to one college it cannot be transferred to another college. All the best. Regards. Manish
