I am studying B.Tech computer science engineering in India. Can I pursue aerospace engineering in Italy for MS?

It's very nice to know your interest in aeronautics branch of engineering & your dream of doing MS in Italy. However, you are required to do graduation in a related field since MS is specialisation if a particular field. As you are doing graduation in computers I am afraid you would not
