I am studying B.Tech in aeronautical engineering so can I pursue MS in mechanical engineering in USA?

Dear Krishna.
Yes you can pursue mechanical engineering after you Aeronautical.
Aeronautical engineering is closely related to Mechanical, Structural and Avionics branch. So you will have no problem for applying to MS- Mechanical Engineering.

Please remember in order to be admitted into the Mechanical Engineering Masters of Science program in US, the student must meet the following requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering with a grade point average of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
- GRE score of 302 plus.
- TOEFL score
