I am studying B.Tech mechanical in APIIIT-NUZVID but I am interested in B.Ed. How can I apply for APEDCET?

You can't apply for APEDCET as you are still doing your graduation.

Still, I can't say yes, because B.Tech and B.Ed have never been offered before. B.Tech is a technical course. B.E is offered only to B.Sc and BA graduates. You have to wait until the notifications are released.
