I am studying Bcom and doing CS. I'm planning to do corporate law further but I want to work in abroad. what should I pursue?entrance exams?

I am studying Bcom and doing CS. I'm planning to do corporate law further but I want to work in abroad. what should I pursue? Which entrance exams are to be given to work in abroad ? and do I have to study the law of that specific country again? Is there any alternative apart from studying abroad?
