I am studying BE 4th sem & have to change my college but have two backlogs, it is possible to change my college?
I'm a VTU BE 4th sem civil student.

Its not possible dear, clear your backlogs and I wish you have a bright future.

Hello Sachin,
It's practically not possible to swap the college, but don't get dishearten work hard and clear all your backlogs, as college doesn't matter its you who make the difference.
