I am studying BE CSE in autonomous College affiliated to VTU. And after 1st year can I change from College to University?

    Hello Raju Seth, yes of course. To change within same university is actually quite simple. The process is laid down by each university to suit her peculiarity. Hence I would like to advise you to approach the administration staff of either your college where you are studying or if the university. They will guide you properly. Best wishes to you.
