i am studying BSc.(hons)agriculture 3rd yr.inform me exams that is needed for higher education in Germany in soil science also universities

i will get graduation in 2014June.after that i want to join in top German universities.i want to know what are all the exams that i have to clear and also about studying German language will help or not.
