I am studying engineering 1st year. but i am intersted in fashion designing courses .how can i enter into this field ?

Managing B.Tech and fashion design course together will be strenuous task as both streams are different and demand proper time. So, opt for both ONLY if you feel that you can manage.
Secondly, two regular courses can't be pursued, one should be regular and the other should be distance /

First decide what you wish to do engineering or fashion designing. and as you said that you have keen interest in designing so the option is you go for designing and stop your engineering. with a gap certificate of your one year engineering course you can enter into your interested field that is fas

As you will be knowing the course which you are doing now and which you are intersted in tottaly different. First you will have to select between either of them. If its engg carry along but of its Fahion designing then you will have to stop your Enng, coz doing engg and then going for fash
